Wow I’m so impressed!! So I usually have a couple problems with matte top coats, one being it smudges my polish underneath & the other one being streaks but I didn’t have either with this! It levels out lovely and you don’t need alot! It cures to a beautiful smooth matte finish on the first go with to streaky lines! I love it 😍
