When placing an order with us, please save the email address email@example.com to make sure you receive all order updates.
If you would like to return any of your items, you can let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. You then have 28 days from receipt to post it back to us.
Any items returned need to be unused, unmarked and in the original packaging.
All items are inspected once returned and once confirmed that they are in a saleable condition, your refund will be issued.
Refunds cannot be made until the items have been recieved.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service which you can track. If you choose to use a standard postage service and the item gets lost on the way to us, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item.
Any items received outside of the 28 days will not be eligible for a refund but an exchange instead.
Please send your items back with the order form stating your reason for returning the items.
If you have received your items and they are faulty, please contact us at email@example.com along with pictures of any damaged items and we will endeavour to send out a replacement free of charge.
